Buckles the Bird

What can I say about Buckles… He is a Senagal Parrot. and

Is almost 2 years old now.

Buckles rides to work with Julie every day and spends the day

being lathered with affection from residents and care workers at

Her job. Pretty tough life!

My wife Julie, Raised Buckles from a baby, visiting the Aviary

Where he was born every day to hand feed and hold him till he could

come home.

Buckles is a spoiled bird that demands that I bring him in to sit

with us while we share coffee and conversation in the mornings.

He loves to talk to everyone who’ll listen and yells at them if they

don’t. Buckles gets right down on the floor and plays with our dogs,

and they love him dearly…..I guess we do too.
